Ingredients :
Chow Chow - 2
Sugar - 250 gms
Cashew - 10 to 15 pieces
Ghee - 50 gms
Cardamom - 2 pieces
Preparation :
1. Peel the chow chow, grate them.
2. Place a pan on stove, put the grated chow chow in it.
3. Pour half of ghee to it & stir it till it is cooked.
4. Add sugar & stir till it becomes sticky.
5. Fry cashew in other half of ghee separately & pour over this.
6. Add cardamom powder to it, garnish & serve hot.
